We use An Post and aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of purchase. Deliveries within Ireland are generally delivered the next day after dispatch, though please allow up to two days for delivery after receiving your dispatch notification. 

Northern Ireland  £7.50. Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery 
Free Delivery over £50

*please note liquids cannot be posted outside the EU from Ireland *

Europe- €20. Please allow up to 6 working days for delivery 

Rest of world- €35. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery

Delivery & Returns Policy

Back To Nature aims to handle all online orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

We use An Post and aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of purchase. Deliveries within Ireland are generally delivered the next day after dispatch, though please allow up to two days for delivery after receiving your dispatch notification. 

However, please note that some orders may take longer than others as we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or bank holidays.

If your order cannot be delivered within the time frame specified, we will notify you and try to rectify the situation as quickly as is practically possible.

Out of Stock Items
In the unlikely event that the item you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you and let you know the expected delivery date. If you decide not to persist with your order, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. Feel free to query your order at any stage by contacting us at info@backtonaturehealthstore.ie

Returns:
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from us. While we hope you are happy with your order, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your online purchase from Back To Nature, we will gladly offer you a full refund or exchange if you return the item within 7 days of delivery and we are happy with the condition of the returned item.

Please include with your return: the reason for return, your name, address, email address and telephone number.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

For your own protection, we strongly recommend that you return the parcel using a reputable signed delivery service that ensures you for the full value of the goods as we are unable to refund any goods lost or damaged in transit.With exchanges, your new item will be shipped to you as soon as we receive your returning package.
