- 1 unidose in the morning to be diluted in a glass of water (200 ml). Shake before using. The presence of a slight deposit in the unidose is normal and does not alter the quality of the product. It is possible to repeat the use several times a year.

1) Shake before use
2) Take the unidose with the narrow part facing up
3) Press down with both thumbs
4 - 5) Keep a unidose already emptied to help open the next ones
