Located in the picturesque uplands of North West Co. Cavan. Benbrack Heather Honey is gathered by the native black honey bee. The flowers of the heather plant bloom in mid august for only two weeks. Our bees forage exclusively on the mountain heather during this time. The result is a strong and rich flavoured honey that once tried will become your firm favourite.
