Apply the spray evenly to the face and the body - avoiding the hairline and eyebrows. Only use small amounts on the knee and elbows. Rinse the hands thoroughly with cold water after use. The tanning effect develops after about 3 hours and intensifies within 24 hours. Use the spray every 3 - 4 days to maintain the tan.
