Flora Flax Oil Certified Organic is a simple source of omega 3 fatty acids (55-60%), carotene and vitamin E. This flax oil is beneficial for your joint, heart and brain health and your skin's appearance. This product is unrefined and cold pressed.
Use around 3-4 dessertspoons of oil on meals such as pasta, rice and vegetables or prepare your own salad dressings. Use within eight weeks of opening and store in the refrigerator.
