Firstly, the most effective way to take Hempful CBD Sprays are sublingual, under your tongue. By ingesting CBD under your tongue you maximise the absorption into your bloodstream. Additionally, you should hold the CBD under your tongue for 90-120 seconds before swallowing for the best results.
Everyone reacts differently to CBD. Therefore, we recommend you start with a low dosage and gradually build up the amount of mgs per day you take until you get the desired effect. So start with 1 spray 3 times a day and increase as required.
Hempful CBD Sprays are Food Supplements and should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. Do not exceed 70mg per day.
