Put a small amount of Celtic Sea Salt on your tongue and drink a small glass of water.
It can be used as normal salt in everyday kitchen use for cooking vegetables, dressing food, etc.

Sel de Guerande Celtic Sea Salt is unrefined salt free of synthetics and chemicals. Furthermore, an artisanal method of collection was used to obtain this salt. In the Breton salt flats of Guérande, in French Brittany, the sea salt is harvested. It is then allowed to air dry in the sun, resulting in a fully organic finish. Minerals and trace elements are naturally present in 100% Grey Celtic Sea Salt (calcium, potassium, magnesium, iron, manganese, sulphur, zinc and other nutritional components).
