Serving size: Consume 1-3 capsule(s) per day.
Suggested use: Should be taken with or after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
To reduce the risk of choking break open capsule and mix with food if child has difficulty swallowing.

Udo’s Choice Children's Blend Microbiotic contains 5 billion ‘friendly’ bacteria and 7 strains of lacto and bifido bacteria including Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus rhamnosus and Bifidobacterium bifidum per capsule. By helping in the restoration of the gut's microflora, it supports the body's defences naturally. It may also aid in maintaining regular bowel motions and aid in the breakdown of lactose.
The capsules can be taken as is or the tasteless powder inside the capsules can be sprinkled over meals (cold foods only such as yogurt) for kids who don't like swallowing capsules.
